We started designing a brick factory in South Africa. The plant with a capacity of 35 million bricks per year will be built on the basis of semi-dry pressing technology and furnaces with removable vaults.

2016 year

2014

Welcome to visit our stand at the exhibition "Technargilla -2014", in Rimini, Italy, from September 22 to 26, 2014. At the exhibition the leading manufacturers equipment of brick factories offer new equipment and production technology and automation for brick factories.

In South Africa, held a meeting of the Association of brick manufacturers. We briefed members of the Association with our proposed technology and equipment dry pressing. You can read the report of the Director, Honorary builder Russia, Dr. Ivanyuta at this meeting.

We had the honor of hosting a delegation brick manufacturers from South Africa . The delegation visited brick factory in the Stavropol region, which started a month ago. At the meeting extensively discussed use dry pressing technology in South Africa.

We finished the commissioning works at a brick factory capacity of 15 million bricks per year in the Stavropol region. The plant was commissioned and produces ceramic brick hardness 200 kg/cm2 and clinker grade 300.

Designed by the equipment and staffed institution SEB CAV SRI "Stromtehnika" in the Republic of Kalmykia brick plant with capacity of 15 million bricks a year, was commissioned and started producing ceramic bricks.

2013

Finished testing a new furnace with removable arches. The furnace was built without the use of traditional refractory materials. Refractory layer has a thickness of 3 mm and made of new nano materials. It is possible to considerably reduce the cost of the furnace.

We have begun to design and construction of brick plant capacity of 15 million bricks a year in the Stavropol Territory.

2010

the Governor of the Stavropol Territory performed the inauguration of the brick factory built and launched by us with capacity of 30 million bricks per year. Two types of products are manufactured - face brick grade 200 and clinker brick grade 300.

      New GOST (government standard) 530-2007 "Ceramic bricks and stones" came into force. New GOST made the requirements to the durability and frost resistance of brick more rigorous. In this case we recommend you to check if your brick quality meets the requirements of the new GOST either on factories which are already operating or on those which are being built at the moment. We offer you a range of measures to rise the quality of the finished brick.
 

      We finished building brick-making plant in Kazakhstan. It has an annual capacity of 30 million pieces.

      We' d like to mention that in Mineralni Vody in the Stavropol territory our company is already building the second brick-making factory for the honored builder of Russia Paladov U.I. As the owner says the first one returned the invested capital within 1.5 year.
 

We are the first in Russia who implemented intellectual automatic control system of moisture content in raw materials, accuracy to 0.3 %. This led to the bettering of brick appearance and raised highly the quality.

We developed and tested the producing technology of highly a hollow effective box-shaped brick by a dry-pressing method . This brick has obverse quality. Hollowness is from 0 to 40 %, brick grades 125-150. Parameters of heat conductivity are better than of brick which is produced on the European equipment.

Our technologies and equipment for brick-making factories made a successful showing at the "Russian Building Materials 2007" exhibition in Moscow, February 2-8. We noted an unprecedented demand for the construction of brick-making factories, using our technologies.

2006

Our exhibition in Italy was a great success. During the exhibition we signed contracts to build two brick-making factories: one in Russia - with an annual production capacity of 30 million clay bricks - and the other in the Republic of Azerbaijan, with a production capacity of 60 million bricks a year.

We finished building another brick plant in Kazakhstan. It has an annual capacity of 30 million pieces.

Congratulations to the Institute's General Director, Grigoriy Ivanyuta, who has been awarded the "Honored Builder of Russia" medal. Presented by the government of the Russian Federation, the high award recognizes his achievements in developing and implementing modern, economically efficient technologies in clay-brick production.

The ceramic industry's regular international exhibition, CeramAsia, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, October 5-7, 2005. We welcome you to our company's exhibit at booth No. 12.

We developed and put into practice a technology for producing high-hollow clay economy bricks; they are produced through the dry-pressing method. The bricks have facing quality, 40% hollowness, and grade between 125 and 150. Their thermal conductivity is better than bricks made using European equipment. The bricks are box-shaped, and have blind hollows, which ensure that absolutely no cement gets in the inner cavities of the bricks.

In record-breaking time, our company has built and started up a brick-making factory in the Stavropol Region. The factory operates on the dry-pressing method and has a total annual output of 15 million bricks. The factory, erected "out in the country," was built in only eight months. Ten months after construction work began, the factory reached its planned production capacity. The produced bricks are grade 150. Production costs are less than one ruble per brick.
